What to Expect from Manifest 2025

Manifest 2025 is descending on Las Vegas Feb. 10-12, moving from Caesars Forum to The Venetian Convention & Expo for the first time, where guest rooms and 2.25 million square feet of event space converge under one roof. It is set to welcome some 6,000 global supply chain executives, logistics service providers, cutting edge startups, venture investors and technology leaders, which would mark a 20% increase over the event’s 2024 iteration.

Perhaps even more impressively, 415 sponsors will take part in Manifest 2025—approximately 180 of which are first-time sponsors of the event, according to Courtney Muller, Manifest’s president. Global logistics and international shipping giant DHL is Manifest 2025’s presenting sponsor, with Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment, security-focused SaaS platform Snowflake and UPS are among the conference’s headline sponsors.

Manifest’s expanded footprint on all fronts can be attributed to the introduction of a half-day symposium on “cold chain”—a temperature-controlled supply chain for perishable goods—which is set to be attended by 400-plus guests, per Muller. In fact, cold chain is expected to be one of the key themes at the conference alongside maritime, sustainability, automation and robotics, logistics innovations, fraud and more that will be spotlighted on the expo floor’s “Innovation Stage,” which will be home to 150 conference sessions.

There will also be 40 startups whose leadership teams will participate in eight-minute presentations on the “Innovation Stage,” Muller said, noting that these startup teams (for companies in business for less than five years) will also be invited to an event dubbed “Office Hours” designed to connect them with potential investors.

For other attendees from larger corporations, four different receptions, plus breakfast and lunch events, a private meeting center and activations set to be on the expo floor—such as a beer garden, puppy lounge and on-site arcade–are other hotbeds for networking.

“Manifest is a reflection of the industry and works hard to help uncover the trends that are shaping supply chain technology,” Muller told Vendelux.

In another move to lean into attendee interests, Manifest 2025 will play host to the first-ever Leadership Suite, an invitation-only program that Muller said will “offer dedicated programming and networking for executives at the highest level of our industry.” During an episode of Omni Talk’s podcast back in December, Manifest’s executive vice president Pam Simon said that the Leadership Suite “came by popular demand directly from the leaders that are joining [the event].” Here, they’ll “have the opportunity to engage, network [and] learn from each other, and it creates these really unique peer-to-peer networks,” Simon told the podcast.

Meanwhile, approximately 50 companies are set to make announcements throughout the three-day event, Muller dished to Vendelux, though she declined to comment further on those announcements ahead of the show’s kickoff on Feb. 10.

Registration is still open, and Manifest’s all-access pass is currently available at a discount, for $2,195, from its full price of $2,595.
